Transmission Mount Bracket Replacement - Rear (AWD with LZ4-3.5L)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear transmission mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD) (Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD))Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD) (Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD)) .




2. Remove the heat shield bolts and shield.




3. Remove the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (1, 3, 4).
4. Remove the rear transmission mount bracket (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear transmission mount bracket (2).
2. Install the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (1 and 4).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .



Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (3).

Tighten the bolts to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).





4. Install the heat shield bolts and shield.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

5. Install the rear transmission mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD) (Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD))Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD) (Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD)) .
