Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair




Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement (LY7) (3.6L Without Hybrid)

Removal Procedure




1. Turn the ignition OFF.
2. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the oil pressure sensor (1).

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution (Component Fastener Tightening Caution).

1. Install the oil pressure sensor (1) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
2. Connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
