Oil Filter with Cap and Seal Installation

EN-44887 - Oil Filter Wrench

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools (Special Tools).




1. Install a new oil filter (2) on the oil filter cap (1).
2. Lubricate the O-ring on the oil filter cap with 5W30 engine oil.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Use EN-44887 - wrench to install the oil filter cap. Tighten the oil filter cap to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
