      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Measure brake lining thickness and drum diameter.
    Disc Brake System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Measure brake pad and rotor thickness and rotor runout.
Inspect
    Valve Clearance
      Perform at mileage interval or every 72 months whichever occurs first. Check for tappet noise and engine vibration and adjust if necessary.
    Steering
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Inspect steering gear box, linkage and boots.
    Fuel Delivery and Air Induction
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Inspect fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses. Inspect fuel tank cap gasket.
    Fluid - M/T
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Check oil level and look for signs of leakage - if equipped.
    Fluid - Differential
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Check oil level and look for signs of leakage.
    Fluid - A/T
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first. Check fluid level and look for signs of leakage - if equipped.
    Exhaust System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for cracks, deterioration and damage. Listen for any exhaust gas leakage.
    Drive Belt
      Initial inspection at 60,000 miles or 72 months then, inspect every 15,000 miles or 18 months thereafter. Inspect for cracks, excessive wear, oilyness and check belt tension.
    Cooling System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Inspect the radiator, condenser and/or intercooler for leaves dirt and insects. Inspect hoses and connections for corrosion and leaks.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Check the drive shaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration and damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Check for proper installation. Check for chafing, cracks, deterioration and signs of leakage.
    Ball Joint
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Check the suspension and steering ball joints for looseness and damage. Check all dust covers for deterioration and damage.

      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
    Engine Oil
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months, whichever comes first. Replace Cabin Air Filter.
    Air Filter Element
      Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months whichever occurs first.
Rotate
    Tires
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first. When rotating tires check for damage and uneven wear.
