HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 nuts.





(b) Remove the bolt and screw.

(c) Disengage the guide and remove the instrument panel brace.

4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the air duct.

5. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the ground wire installing bolt.

(c) Remove the 2 screws and quick heater.
