EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair
EGR Temperature Sensor:
1.
Allow engine to cool.
2.
Disconnect electrical connector from sensor.
3.
Spray penetrating fluid around base of sensor and let it soak for 5 minutes.
4.
Remove sensor from collector chamber.
5.
Install in reverse order.
6.
Tighten to
18.6 - 20.6 Nm (3.7 - 15.2 ft lb).
