Any attached stock numbers found herein are designated by the various paint manufacturers. Because their formulas are updated on a continuing basis, the paint manufacturers have requested that dealers contact their local jobber/distributor for the most accurate, up-to-date formula.

To understand the meaning of the Subaru Paint Code Numbering System, follow the example below.

Code # 947 Mica Ruby Pearl

9 = The production year it was first introduced. (In this case, it is 89 MY, 0 = 90 MY, 1 = 91 MY, etc.)

47 = The actual color identifying the code.
