Headlamp: Service and Repair

HEADLIGHT AND SIDE MARKER LIGHT
1. Remove front grille and disconnect connector from headlight.
2. Remove screw (A) then remove side marker light while disconnecting connector.
3. Remove extension (B).




4. Remove bolts (C) which secure headlight and remove headlight.
5. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque:
7.4 ± 2.0 N.m (0.75 ± 0.2 kg.m 5.4 ± 1.4 ft.lb)

NOTE: When installing, securely fit clip (on fender side) into locating (on side marker light side).
