MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS BLINKING

DIAGNOSIS:
Test mode connector circuit is shorted.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
Malfunction indicator light blinks at a cycle of 3 Hz when the ignition switch is turned to ON.
