AT Steering Shift Switch

REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2) Set the tire to the straight-ahead position.
3) Remove the airbag module.

WARNING: If airbag modules are mounted, always refer to "Airbag System" when performing airbag module service.

4) Remove the steering wheel.
5) Remove the cover from steering wheel.
6) Remove the AT steering shift switch mounting screws from the left and right side, one on each side.





7) Remove the steering shift switch.

INSTALLATION
1) Clean all parts before installation.
2) Install in the reverse order of removal.
3) After completing installation, set the select lever to the SPORT shift side and confirm that manual mode "1" illuminates on the combination meter.
4) Operate the steering shift switch and confirm that "2" illuminates on the combination meter.
