Trunk Lid Lock Assembly

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the trunk lid release handle.
3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the cable of the trunk opener.
4. Remove the two bolts to remove the trunk lid lock assembly.






INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

TRUNK LID AND REAR GATE LOCK

Tightening torque: N.m (kgf.m, ft.lb)
T1: 7.5 (0.76, 5.5)
T2: 18 (1.8, 13.3)
T3: 25 (2.5, 18.4

NOTE: Apply grease to the movable part.
