Fog/Driving Lamp: Service and Repair

Front Fog Light Assembly

REMOVAL

1. EXCEPT FOR OUTBACK MODEL
1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2. Disengage the two clips, and then turn over the lower mud guard.






3. Disconnect the harness connector.
4. Remove the mounting bolts and claw (A), and detach the fog light assembly by pulling it backward.






2. OUTBACK MODEL
1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2. Disengage the two clips, and then turn over the lower mud guard.






3. Disconnect the harness connector.
4. Remove the mounting nuts and clips, and detach the fog light assembly by pulling it out.






INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque: 7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf.m, 5.5 ft.lb)
