Improper VDCCM&H/U power supply voltage
TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
^ ABS does not operate.
^ EBD may not operate.
^ VDC does not operate.
^ Hill start assist does not operate.
NOTE:
Warning lights go off if voltage returns.
