Inspect
    Wheels
      Inspect each wheel disc for dents, distortion and cracks. Disc in badly damaged condition must be replaced.
    Wheel Bearing
      Check grease around front wheel bearing rollers for deterioration and capacity. If deteriorated, clean and repack, if capacity is low, add more. Also check front and rear for wear, damage, abnormal noise or rattles.

    Parking Brake System
      Inspect lever and cable.
    Ignition Coil
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check for loose connections, deterioration or damage which could cause leakage. Make sure all clamps are secure.
    Fluid - A/T
    Engine
      Inspect wiring harness and connectors.
    Emission Control Systems
      Inspect emission related hoses and tubes.
    Drum Brake System
      Drums and Shoes - wear, damage.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect for wear and damage.
    Disc Brake System
      Disks and Pads - thickness. wear and damage.
    Cooling System
      Inspect cooling system hoses and connections for leakage, wear and damage.
    Clutch Pedal Assembly
      Pedal height 20 mm (0.79 inches) above brake pedal height. Clutch pedal free travel 15-25 mm (0.6 - 1.1 inches).
    Clutch Fluid
    Brake Pedal Assy
      Pedal free travel.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Check for leakage and damage. Check clamps for tightness.
    Body and Frame
      Inspect and correct, replace or lubricate if necessary all latches, hinges and locks.

    Fluid - M/T
    Fluid - Differential
    Exhaust System
      Check system for leaks, corrosion and damage. Replace exhaust mounting rubber only.
    Engine Oil

      Replace every 30 months or 30,000 miles. Check specific gravity for freezing point.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      If equipped.
    Brake Fluid
      Flush and bleed system.
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect for damage and uneven wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 7.5 months, whichever comes first.
