Lubricate
    Shift Linkage, M/T
      Check that gear shift control lever moves smoothly without abnormal noise. Lubricate lever seat and shaft bushings with water resistant chassis grease as needed.
    Shift Linkage, A/T
      Check that gear shift control lever moves smoothly without abnormal noise. Lubricate lever seat and shaft bushings with water resistant chassis grease as needed.
    Doors
      Check that doors move smoothly without abnormal noise. Wipe off dirt and coat with engine oil as needed.
Inspect/Adjust
    Clutch Pedal Assembly
      Check clutch pedal free travel, adjust as needed.
Inspect
    Wheels
      Inspect each wheel disc for dents, distortion and cracks. Disc in badly damaged condition must be replaced.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect for wear, damage and leakage. Tighten all bolts.
    Power Steering
      If Equipeed, inspect fluid level. Check for leaks, noises and smooth operation.
    Fuel Tank
      Check for loose connections, deterioration or damage which could cause leakage. Make sure all clamps are secure.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check for loose connections, deterioration or damage which could cause leakage. Make sure all clamps are secure.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check cap and cap gasket for deterioration/damage. Check cap gasket for an even filler neck imprint.
    Fluid - M/T
      Check level and condition. Inspect for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
      Check fluid level and condition. Please note scheduled fluid change at 51,000 miles is for severe service only. The manufacturer does not list a fluid change interval for normal service for the 3 speed A/T.
    Cooling System
      Check hoses and connections for leakage and damage.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Inspect for damage and breakage.
    Brake Pedal Assy
      Inspect operation. Lubricate pivot if needed.
    Brake Fluid
      Check fluid level and condition.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Engine Oil
Rotate
    Tires
       Inspect for damage and uneven wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 7.5 months, whichever comes first.
