Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove fuel tank from vehicle body.
2. Remove fuel tank pressure sensor from fuel tank.

INSTALLATION




1. Clean mating surfaces of tank pressure sensor and fuel tank.
2. Install new O-ring and tank pressure sensor on fuel tank, directing sensor terminals to refuel vaporer control valve side.

Tightening Torque
(a): 1.6 Nm (0.16 kg-m, 1.0 lb-ft)

3. Connect connector to tank pressure sensor securely.
4. Install fuel tank to body.
