Air Filter Removal and Installation

Air Filter Removal

1. Remove the hood weather strip.
2. Remove the cowl panel. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Removal.




3. Remove the air filter cover.




4. Remove the air filter.

Air Filter Installation

1. Install the air filter into its cavity in the fire wall.
- Align the fins on the plastic frame of the filter with the grove in the holder before attempting to insert the filter into place.

2. Install the air filter cover.
3. Install the cowl panel with the screws.




4. Install the hood weather strip.
