WHEEL COVER INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

CONDITION:
Wheel covers are easily damaged if a mallet or any kind of hammering is used to install them.

CAUSE:
Wheel cover are designed to be press fitted onto wheels.

CORRECTION:
Please follow service procedure below.

WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION

SERVICE PROCEDURE:





1. Make sure the valve stem cut out of the wheel cover and valve stem of the tire line up as shown to the right.





2. Fit the lower holding clips of the wheel cover into the rim flange of the wheel by pushing.

CAUTION:
Do not impact on the area around the holding clips when you install the wheel cover.





3. Fit the upper holding clips of the wheel cover into the rim flange of the wheel by pushing the wheel cover.

CAUTION:
Do not push the center of the wheel cover excessively with hand or knee.





4. Repeat procedure 1 thru 3 for the other three wheels.
