Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Removal And Installation




Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor connector.
3. Remove the MAP sensor.




Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Installation

1. Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
2. Install the MAP sensor.

Tighten:
Tighten the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor to 6 ~ 10 N.m (53 ~ 89 lb.in).
