Intake EGR Pipe Removal

1. Remove the intake EGR pipe retaining bolts and the intake EGR pipe.

2. Remove the intake EGR pipe gasket.

Intake EGR Pipe Installation

1. Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.

2. Install the intake EGR pipe.

Tighten: Tighten the intake EGR pipe retaining bolts to 8 ~ 12 N.m (71 ~ 106 lb.in).
