Transmission Mount: Service and Repair

Left Transaxle Mounting Bracket Removal

Tools Required:
DW110-060 Engine Support Fixture

1. Remove the air filter housing.





2. Install the engine support fixture DW110-060.
3. Remove the four transaxle mounting bolts.





4. Remove the bolt and nut from the transaxle mounting bracket cage.

Left Transaxle Mounting Bracket Installation
1. Install the left four transaxle mounting bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the left four transaxle mounting bracket bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).





2. Install the bolt and nut to the left transaxle mounting bracket cage.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt and nut to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.).
3. Remove the engine support fixture DW110-060.





4. Install the air filter housing.
