DTC B1033: Driver Air Bag (1st Stage) Circuit Short to Ground

DTC Will be Set when
The voltage measured at driver air bag (1st stage) initiator circuit is below a specified value for specified time.

Flow Test Description
STEP 2: Check whether malfunction is in contact coil and driver air bag (inflator) module (1st stage) or the others.
STEP 3: Check driver air bag (inflator) module (1st stage) initiator circuit.
STEP 4: Check whether malfunction is in contact coil or driver air bag (inflator) module (1st stage).

NOTE:
Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform the following items.
- Reconnect all air bag system components and ensure all components are properly mounted.
- Clear DTCs, if any.
