Reset
    Oil Change Reminder Lamp
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first. Reset the oil replacement reminder ("MAINT REQD") light after replacing engine oil, if vehicle is equipped with this light.
Tighten/Torque
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Tighten drive and propeller shaft bolts at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first. Perform in case of driving on dirt roads or dusty roads or in case of driving while towing.
    Body and Frame
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first. Re-tighten the seat mounting bolts and front/rear suspension member retaining bolts to specified torque. Perform in case of driving on dirt roads or dusty roads.
Inspect
    Suspension Control ( Automatic - Electronic )
      Initial inspection at 30,000 miles or 36 months; inspect every 15,000 or 18 months thereafter. Inspect active height control gas chamber, if equipped.
    Steering Gear
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect steering gear box for signs of leakage.
    Steering
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check for excessive freeplay in the steering wheel. Inspect the linkage for bending and damage and dust boots for deterioration, cracks and damage.
    Radiator
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect radiator core for debris and signs of damage.
    Exhaust System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for cracks, deterioration and damage. Check for exhaust leakage.
    Drum Brake System
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect brake shoes and drums for scoring, burning, fluid leakage, broken parts and excessive wear.
    Drive Belt
      Initial inspection at 60,000 miles or 72 months. Inspect every 15,000 miles or 18 months thereafter. Inspect drive belts for cracks, excessive wear and oilyness. Check belt tension.
    Disc Brake System
      Inspect pads and discs for excessive wear at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Measure thickness and disc runout every 30,000 miles or 36 months.
    Coolant
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect coolant and check system hoses and connections for corrosion and leaks.
    Condenser HVAC
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Inspect condenser for debris and signs of damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect brake lines and hoses for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and signs of leakage.
    Ball Joint
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check the suspension and steering linkage ball joints for looseness and damage. Check all dust covers for deterioration and damage.
    Air Filter Element
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
    Fluid - Differential
      Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months whichever occurs first. Replace rear differential oil, including limited-slip models, and check for signs of leakage.
    Engine Oil
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Rotate
    Tires
      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Rotate tires. Check for damage and uneven wear.
