INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (POWER SOURCE VOLTAGE)
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON, and turn the Techstream main switch on.
(c) Enter the following menus: Chassis / Air suspension / Data List.

Air Suspension

Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V

Result

C -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK
B -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
A -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT FUSE (AIR SUS, AIR SUS NO. 2, ECU-IG NO. 2)

(a) Remove the AIR SUS No. 2 and AIR SUS fuses from the engine room relay block.
(b) Remove the ECU-IG No. 2 fuse from the cowl side junction block LH.
(c) Measure the resistance of the AIR SUS, AIR SUS No. 2 and ECU-IG No. 2 fuses.

Standard Resistance:

(d) Reinstall the AIR SUS, AIR SUS No. 2 and ECU-IG No. 2 fuses.

NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE

(a) Disconnect the O19 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:

NG -- BATTERY VOLTAGE IS LOW OR CHARGING SYSTEM HAS MALFUNCTION
OK -- Continue to next step.

4. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Clear the DTC Air Suspension System (w/o AVS).
(b) Check for DTC Air Suspension System (w/o AVS).

Result

B -- REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU
A -- END
