NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION ANTENNA: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the instrument panel Removal.
3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT Removal
4. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT Removal
5. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT Removal
6. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY Removal
7. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY





(a) Disengage the clamp.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and antenna.
