LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY





(a) Connect the connectors.
(b) Install the headlight with the 2 screws.
(c) Install the bolt.
Torque: 9.3 Nm (95 kgf-cm, 82 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL FRONT END PANEL (w/o Headlight Cleaner System)





(a) Engage the 2 clips and install the front end panel.





(b) Install the 2 clips.
3. INSTALL FRONT END PANEL (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)





(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips and install the front end panel.





(b) Install the 2 clips.
4. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments
5. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (for Using a Tester) Adjustments
6. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (for Using a Screen) Adjustments
7. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING Adjustments
8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING Adjustments
