INTRODUCTION:
Some vehicles may demonstrate one or more of the following intermittent radio condition(s):
- scrambled, unreadable, or blank display;
- no volume control; or turning ON/OFF by itself.

An improved radio has been developed to correct this condition.

NOTE:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Order a replacement radio through the applicable radio exchange program per the Toyota Warranty Policy and Procedures: Policy 11.1 "Entertainment/Navigation Systems Program".
2. Remove the original radio.
