Removal

2TR-FE BATTERY / CHARGING: GENERATOR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER AND HOSE Removal

3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT Removal

4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the generator connector.





(b) Remove the terminal cap.

(c) Remove the nut and disconnect the generator wire from terminal B.

(d) Remove the 3 bolts and generator.
