Expansion Valve: Service and Repair

1. Remove evaporator as described under "Evaporator, Replace."
2. Remove idling stabilizer amplifier cap and amplifier.
3. Remove screws and cover from evaporator case.
4. Remove heat insulator and clamp from evaporator outlet.
5. Disconnect refrigerant inlet lines, and remove expansion valve.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
