Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Discharge refrigerant from system.
2. Remove front grille.
3. Disconnect refrigerant lines from condenser fan motor electrical connector.
4. Remove four condenser mount bolts, Fig. 2, then remove condenser and fan as a unit.

5. Remove four condenser fan mount bolts and remove fan, Fig. 3.
6. Reverse procedure to install, ensuring that condenser mount bolt rubber cushions are installed correctly on mounting flanges.
