Governor: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Remove transaxle dust cover, then the LH driveshaft.
2. Remove governor cover, then the O-ring.
3. Remove governor body with thrust washer.
4. Remove washer, then the governor body adapter.

Installation

1. Install governor body adapter.
2. Install washer on governor body.
3. Install governor cover with O-ring.
4. Install LH driveshaft, then the transaxle dust cover.
5. Ensure transaxle fluid level is to specifications, then road test vehicle.
