Thermo Time Switch: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION OF START INJECTOR TIME SWITCH






1. MEASURE RESISTANCE OF START INJECTOR TIME SWITCH.
a. Disconnect the connector.






b. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

2. IF NECESSARY, REPLACE START INJECTOR TIME SWITCH.
a. Drain the coolant.






b. Using SST, replace the switch with a new gasket.

*SST 09814-20010

Torque: 300 kg-cm (22 ft-lb, 29 N.m)

c. Refill with coolant.
