Refrigerant Oil

NOTE: The system oil level cannot be checked.

If the compressor is being rebuilt then the oil in the compressor must be measured as it is emptied. During reassembly an amount of fresh oil equal to the measured quantity plus 20 cc (0.7 fl.oz.) is added to the compressor.
