Oxygen Sensor
1. Run engine until it reaches normal operating temperature.
2. Connect voltmeter to service connector.
3. Raise engine speed to 2500 RPM for approximately 90 seconds.
4. Maintain engine speed at 2500 RPM.
5. Ensure needle of voltmeter fluctuates 8 times or more in 10 seconds between zero and 7 volts.
6. If test results are unsatisfactory, test other components and check hose connections and wiring of air bleed system. If no problems are found, replace oxygen sensor.
