Rear Motor & Relay

1. Inspect motor operation as follows:
a. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 2 and negative to motor body.
b. Ensure motor operation.
2. Inspect motor operation, stopping at stop position, as follows:
a. Operate motor, then disconnect terminal 2 to stop motor operation.
b. On Corolla models, connect terminals 2 and 3.
c. On 1989-90 Land Cruiser models, connect terminals 2 and 4.
d. On all models, connect battery positive lead to terminal 1 and negative lead to motor body.
e. Ensure motor stops running at stop position after motor operates again.
f. If operation is not as indicated, replace motor.
