Cooling System Pressure Check

1. With engine off and radiator cool, remove radiator cap and place suitable pressure tester to the radiator.
2. Pump it to 17.1 psi and check that the pressure does not drop.
3. If the pressure drops, check for leaks from hoses, radiator, or water pump. If no external leaks are found, check the heater core, engine block, and intake manifold.
