Speed Sensor Signal Check

1. Disconnect speed sensor connector removing necessary brake assemblies as required.
2. Measure resistance between terminals. Resistance should be 770-890 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace sensor.
3. Inspect sensor rotor serrations visually as follows:
a. Drain transmission fluid, then remove propeller shaft and extension housing.
b. Install extension housing, propeller shaft, then fill transmission with proper fluid, then check level.
