Drive Belt: Service and Repair

DRIVE BELT REMOVAL







Loosen the pivot bolt and adjusting lock bolt.

Torque:
Pivot bolt: 52 N.m (530 kg.cm, 38 ft.lb)
Lock bolt: 18 N.m (185 kg.cm, 13 ft.lb)


Loosen the adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.


DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
