Heater Core: Service and Repair

HEATER RADIATOR REMOVAL
1. REMOVE HEATER UNIT
Service and Repair







2. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
a. Remove the screws and plates.
b. Pull the heater radiator out.


3. INSPECT FINS FOR BLOCKAGE
If the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.

HEATER RADIATOR INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
