3-GROUND: Continuity with the washer SW turned ON

R13 REAR WIPER MOTOR AND RELAY
1-GROUND : Approx. 12 Volts with the ignition SW at ON position
2-GROUND : Continuity with the rear wiper and washer SW at INT position
3-GROUND : Continuity with the rear wiper and washer SW at ON position
