POWER SLIDING DOOR TRANSMITTER IMPROVEMENTS

To reduce the possibility of unintentionally activating the power sliding door transmitter while the vehicle is parked, the force required to depress the Power Door button on the Door Control Transmitter has been increased.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
1999 - 2001 model year Sienna vehicles equipped with single power slide door prior to the VIN listed below.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:





Replace the Door Control Transmitter and use the Rewrite mode programming procedure as described in the 2001 SIENNA Repair Manual.
