FRONT DOOR CUSHION LOOSENESS

Some Sienna customers may find that the front door rattles upon closing. The front door cushion may have come loose and/or fallen off the door. A field fix has been developed to remedy a loose door cushion.

AFFECTED VEHICLES: 1998 through 2000 Sienna vehicles.

PRODUCTION CHANGE INFORMATION:

The cushion mounting hole size has changed from 10 mm to 9 mm to allow better retention of the cushion, beginning with VIN number 4T3ZF13C*YU229450.





PART NUMBER INFORMATION:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:





1. Apply 3M Super Weather Adhesive to a new cushion (Part No. 90541-09006).

2. Firmly insert the cushion into the hole on the door.
