Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. INSPECT LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.







2. INSPECT HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.







3. INSPECT HEADLIGHT CONTROL RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.







4. INSPECT HEADLIGHT DIMMER RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.

Terminal Identification:

5. INSPECT DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RELAY CIRCUIT
Disconnect the connector from the relay and inspect the connector on the wire harness side.
If circuit is as specified, perform the inspections shown.







6. INSPECT DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT N0.4 RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.







7. INSPECT DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT RESISTER CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the resistor.







8. INSPECT TAILLIGHT CONTROL RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.
