Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE KNOB
a. Pull out the dial knobs.
b. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE A/C AMPLIFIER




a. Remove the 6 screws and cover.




b. Disconnect the connector and remove the amplifier.

3. REMOVE DIFF LOCK AND HAZARD SWITCH




a. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




b. Remove the screw and switch.
c. Using a screwdriver, turn the bulb to the left and pull out the bulb.

4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL




a. Remove the 3 nuts from the control switches.




b. Remove the screw and heater control ,then disconnect the connectors.




5. REMOVE CONTROL SWITCHES
Disconnect the connectors and remove the switches.

6. REMOVE BULBS
Using a screw driver, turn the bulb to the left and pull out the bulb.




7. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL LENS

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly
