Heater Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE HEATER UNIT




2. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
a. Remove the 2 screws and defroster nozzle.
b. Remove the 2 screws and clamp.
c. Pull out the heater radiator.
d. Remove the 2 screws , 2 clamps and 2 heater radiator pipes.
e. Remove the 2 O-rings from heater radiator pipes.

HINT: At the time of installation, please refer to the following item.

Do not reuse the 2 O-rings.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
