2-GROUND : Approx. 12 volts with the ignition SW ON or the hazard SW at ON position
1-GROUND : Changes from 12 to 0 volts with the ignition SW ON and the turn signal SW at LH or RH position, or the hazard SW at ON position
3-GROUND : Always continuity
