Crankshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
a. Remove the sensor connector.
b. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Resistance:
Cold 1,630 - 2,740 ohms
Hot 2,065 - 3,225 ohms

c. Reinstall the sensor.
