Rear No.2 Seat

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE OUTER SHIELD RH
Remove the screw and outer shield RH.

2. REMOVE OUTER SHIELD LH
Remove the screw and outer shield LH.

3. REMOVE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 screws and arm covers.
b. Remove the 4 bolts and seatback assembly.

4. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER
a. Remove the seatback board.
b. Remove the hog rings.
c. Zip the seatback cover open to remove the seatback cover.

5. REMOVE SEATBACK PAD
Remove the seatback pad from the seatback frame.

6. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RH AND LH
Remove the 8 bolts, reclining adjuster RH and LH.

7. REMOVE RECLINING CONNECTING PIPE
8. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER
Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover.

9. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION PAD
Remove the seat cushion pad from the seat cushion frame.

10. REMOVE SEAT LOCK COVER
11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP BELT
Remove the bolt and rear No. 2 seat lap belt

12. REMOVE SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

Torque: 39 N.m (400 kgf.cm, 29 ft.lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP BELT
Install the rear No. 2 seat lap belt with the bolt.

Torque: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

3. INSTALL SEAT LOCK COVER
4. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION PAD
Install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion frame.

5. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER
Install the seat cushion cover with new hog rings to seat cushion pad with frame.

6. INSTALL RECLINING CONNECTING PIPE
7. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RH AND LH
Install the reclining adjuster RH and LH with the 8 bolts.

Torque: 29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 22 ft.lbf)

8. INSTALL SEATBACK PAD
Install the seatback pad to the seatback frame.

9. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER
a. Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with frame, then zip the seatback cover close.
b. Install new hog rings.
c. Install seatback board.

10. INSTALL SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
a. Install the seatback assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 22 ft.lbf)

b. Install arm covers with the 2 screws.

11. INSTALL OUTER SHIELD LH
Install the outer shield LH with the screw.

12. INSTALL OUTER SHIELD RH
Install the outer shield RH with the screw.
