Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR COVER [88212A]







a. Disengage the 2 claws, then remove the cruise control actuator cover.

2. SEPARATE ACCELERATOR CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY [78180P] (2AZ-FE ENGINE TYPE)




a. Loosen the double nut and separate the accelerator control cable assembly.

3. SEPARATE ACCELERATOR AUTO DRIVE CABLE ASSEMBLY [78150B] (2AZ-FE ENGINE TYPE)




a. Remove the screw and separate the accelerator auto drive cable assembly.

4. SEPARATE CRUISE CONTROL CABLE [83731] (1MZ-FE ENGINE TYPE)




a. Remove the screw and separate the cruise control cable.

5. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY [88200D]







a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 nuts and cruise control actuator assembly.
