Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTIONINSPECT THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR a.
Apply vacuum to the throttle opener.
b.
Disconnect the sensor connector.
c.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.
d.
Reconnect the sensor connector.
